Oxfordshire Community Foundation (OCF) works to improve the lives of Oxfordshire’s most disadvantaged people by unlocking the power of community. We tackle our county’s most pressing social problems: homelessness, educational inequality, and loneliness and isolation.

We want people in Oxfordshire to have better lives. For Oxfordshire to be a place where everyone has a place to call home; every child has the opportunity to aspire and to thrive; and where community-based organisations work together to foster a greater sense of belonging. A kinder place, where people feel more connected to those around them.

To make this a reality, OCF helps charities, businesses and the public sector work in collaboration to bring the best ideas to life. We provide a voice for the community and a space for partnership working, so that together we can bring about sustained and meaningful improvements to people’s lives.

We are directed by experience, knowledge and data, which we use to understand the issues, design solutions and measure the outcomes. This is why we work with Local Insight, a tool that provides many layers of relevant, up-to-date data that can be customised to the needs of a project. We are delighted to now be able to share this with our partners in this public-facing version.
